What the clients and colleagues say

Wonderful translation and help much appreciated!
K. S., client on Translators Without Borders
Nadia Gabriel translated a history lecture that I presented at an international conference at the University of La Rochelle in late 2014. Her translation was subtle and idiomatic, drawing enthusiastic praise from the scholars who organized the gathering. An extended version of the presentation, which Ms. Gabriel also translated, appeared in a leading Paris-based journal for the study of the Americas (http://nuevomundo.revues.org/68952). She again proved to be a sensitive, careful, and efficient translator. I highly recommend her work.

Nadia is everything you could want in a translator: quick turn-around; reasonable rates; and well-written text that accurately reflects the original. I have used her to translate my professional emails, PowerPoint slides, and short reports, and have never been less than completely satisfied. I would use her again in a heartbeat.

Nadia has been an excellent, very conscientious translator for the Smithsonian Institution for four years. She is noted for accuracy and timeliness, always meeting deadlines with time to spare. Most of her jobs for us involve written translation of documents in various historic and scientific subjects; one of her translations into French will appear on a floor plan of the National Museum of Natural History.
